Hello,

Here is the feedback from Apple:

The Apple account will remain in "pending" status until payment confirmation. Regarding the deployment of an iOS application:

In development mode:

Virtual simulator: Use tools like cloud services or Xcode.
Real simulator: Requires an active real ID profile. The generated IPA will be functional only on the ID profile used during archiving.
Real case (distribution to a group of users):

Apple Developer account required.
Creation of a group containing all the authorized IDs (allowed hosts).

the question is how could i distribute ipa files that aren't signed and manually archived, how could i test those archives on real devices.
