I have an account with my name, but I created while working at a company that had an email account. I no longer work there, but even though I can sign in, the verification goes to the old company email address. Is there a way I can change the email or delete the account?

Try contacting support by opening a ticket here, select "Device verification on sign-in, unable to access email" and explain your issue.
