Hi! You can manually create groups in GitHub Projects using custom fields:

  1. Open your project.
  2. Click the ⚙️ Fields button at the top right.
  3. Click + New field and choose Single select.
  4. Name it something like “Group” or “Category”.
  5. Add the options (like “Frontend”, “Backend”, etc.).

Now you can assign a group to each issue manually using this field — no need to use dates. Hope this helps! 👍
