Port 80 vs Port 443

I'm trying to run the following commands
Import-Module $(System.DefaultWorkingDirectory)/_actions_runner-images/helpers/GenerateResourcesAndImage.ps1
and the
GenerateResourcesAndImage command

but the traffic is getting blocked by the organization firewall as we only allow port 443.
is it possible to modify the github script to use port 443 vs using port 80?

Connectivity to Azure via Azure cli is 443 by default.

Yes, this is right. The Azure CLI generally communicates with Azure services via HTTPS, with the standard port being 443. As a result, outward access over TCP port 443 is the default for Azure CLI connectivity.
