Can’t get my student benefits #162455

Hi everyone,I’m currently unable to access my student benefits due to an issue with my previous account. I lost access to my original account’s two-factor authentication (2FA), and unfortunately, I no longer have the recovery codes either. As a result, I unlinked the email address that was associated with that account the same one that had my student benefits. Now, I’ve created this new account, but when I try to reapply for student benefits, I receive a message stating that the benefits have already been used. Do you have any idea what can I do about that |

Hi @Esat-Kilinc, Unfortunately, student benefits are tied to the account/email used to apply the first time and can't be transferred from one account to another.
