The Git Hub sign Up page is facing some issues when i try to sign up and create an account the network status gives me 200 OK status for the create account request but the page does not redirects or refreshes and the website gets frozen please check and see into it as soon as possible

can confirm that this happens on multiple browser (Chrome, Safari) and the issue persist across multiple platforms (PC, mobile)

There some issue in console. I see some error around captcha.

Same for me now!!! Debugging shows ns_binding_aborted.
Tried on safari and Fireforx for Mac and Firefox on windows11
