Good afternoon, regarding the Discord.js versions, you can always keep track of them through NPM itself https://www.npmjs.com/package/discord.js?activeTab=versions or through the documentation, as suggested by user Gatolatte. Very drastic changes, like the one from V13 to V14, are not usually very frequent, and when they do happen, they provide a dedicated section in the documentation explaining the changes. For other changes, you are notified in advance in the console while using the bot, just like the "ready" event warning. I hope this helps. 😀
