Yes you do Need an Account to access the meta api because you Need an access / api token and Secrets but you dont have to subscribe to the 100 euros / month subscription for it to work. some Providers / Options require a minimung monthly spend but thats not from meta itself. there are cheaper Options where you only pay for the sent Messages instead of a fixed budget |
