We are currently supporting a customer who plans to adopt GHES. Before proceeding, I would like to confirm a few things: If we build a GHES environment using the free trial, will all data (repositories, settings, user data, etc.) remain intact after upgrading to a full license? In case the GHES contract is not completed in time, is it an acceptable approach to temporarily use the trial environment and later apply the license once it is issued? Any guidance or official references would be greatly appreciated. |
