My dashboard feed has been completely frozen since June 17, 2026. I have thoroughly tested this on multiple devices (PC and Mobile) and in Incognito mode with all browser extensions/tampermonkey scripts completely disabled. The browser console shows NO network errors (no 500/403), which indicates the backend is successfully serving stale, cached data. Please help reset or purge the feed cache pipeline for my account. This has been reported before — the dashboard feed getting stuck on a specific date is usually a caching issue on GitHub's side. The fact that you're seeing it across multiple devices and incognito confirms it's not a local/browser problem.

A couple of things to try:

1. Check your notification settings
Sometimes a corrupt notification event can freeze the feed. Go to:
👉 https://github.com/settings/notifications

Disable everything, save, then re-enable what you need. This can force a feed reset.

2. Clear your follow activity
Go to https://github.com and scroll to the very bottom of your feed. There's sometimes a "Clear my dashboard" or "Unsubscribe from all" option at the bottom that can purge the stale state.

3. Contact support directly
If neither works, since this is an account-level caching issue (and the community forum can't access your backend state), open a ticket:

Choose "Account & settings > Dashboard & feeds" and mention the date it froze (June 17, 2026) and that you've already tried multiple devices/incognito.

The support team can manually purge your feed cache on the backend. This is usually resolved within a day or two once escalated.

Based on the troubleshooting you've already performed (multiple devices, Incognito mode, disabled extensions, and no apparent network errors), it does sound less likely to be a client-side issue.

A few observations:

• Since the same behavior occurs across devices and browsers, local caching is probably not the primary cause.
• The absence of visible request failures suggests that GitHub is successfully returning data, but potentially not the most recent data.
• If the feed stopped updating on a specific date and has remained fixed since then, that may indicate an issue with feed generation, indexing, or account-specific caching rather than a browser problem.

One thing you could check is whether activity appears correctly in other locations, such as:

• Your profile activity page
• Repository activity feeds
• Notifications
• Any API endpoints that expose recent activity

If those areas show current data while the dashboard remains frozen, that would further suggest the issue is isolated to the dashboard feed itself.

Given that you've already ruled out the most common client-side causes, GitHub staff will likely need to investigate whether there is an account-specific issue affecting feed updates.

The same issue has been plaguing me for a full week now—it’s incredibly frustrating! It is truly hard to believe that a top-tier site like GitHub has such a severe bug that remains unresolved to this day!
