thanks for the right direction, I found this cool pr about parallel stuff - SchemaStore/schemastore#5845

so, long story short:

From what I can tell, GitHub's announcement only covers parallel steps in workflow definitions, not composite actions, and I get a runtime error when I try to use e.g. a parallel: key in a composite action definition.
