New command: remove file #287

Remove the specified file

• command: spo file remove -w|--webUrl <webUrl> -i|--id [id] -u|--url [url] --recycle --confirm
• webUrl: The URL of the site where the file is located
• id: id of the file to remove
• url: server- or site-relative URL of the file to remove
• recycle: move the file to the recycle bin instead of permanently deleting it
• confirm: don't prompt before removing the file
• specify either the ID or the URL of the file to check in but not both
• requires connection to a SharePoint site
