Related to #3787

If we want to be able to use Azure AD groups as members of SharePoint Groups, it makes more sense to rename the commands to spo group member <verb>.

Additional fixes

  • Fixed some tests without asserts in the spo group member spec files.
  • Fixed the response of spo group member list to return an array.
