Get information about the specific control on a modern page

• command: spo page control get -i|--id <id> -n|--name <name> -u|--webUrl <webUrl>
• id: ID of the control to retrieve information for
• name: name of the page where the control is located
• webUrl: URL of the site from which to retrieve the page
