Bug report: validators fail when using @meUserName #4599

Description

When using @meUserName in a command that has UPN option validation, the command fails.

Steps to reproduce

Run any command that uses UPN validation, example: m365 aad user license list --userName "@meUserName"

Expected results

The command should execute.

Actual results

Error: @meusername is not a valid user principal name (UPN)
