This really seems like a project straight out of 2005. At a minimum this project should invoke a CI build whenever new code is pushed to any branch of the project or a pull request is made.

WHEN I make a contribution of pyexiv2 through a pull request
THEN that code is automatically compiled through a continuous integration platform
