Describe the bug

Bug/UX - When albums are sorted by name, newly created albums from the "add to album" menu are also sorted by name. This means that the album is created and selected, but does not show to the user since they would have to scroll down to see it. I think it would be better UX to override the album order for new created albums in this menu, and show them at the top. The user will then know what will happen when they click "add to album".

Steps To Reproduce

1. Have 5+ albums to ensure there is a scroll menu
2. Sort albums by name (ascending or descending)
3. Select some photos
4. Click "Add to Album"
5. Click "Create New"
6. Give it a name and click create
7. The album is sorted in the list. If it's beyond the scroll, no visual is shown to the user that it was created and selected
