Layout does not fully draw grid strokes #45113

What is the bug or the crash?

Good day! Create a frame in QGIS layout. I draw and sign minute strokes, second strokes after 6 seconds and after 1 second. Everything is fine with the first two, and the 1 second interval is partly displayed, and part in longitude is lost. The project itself is in the Mercator projection, and the frame is in WGS-84. In the projection of the mercator, the sides of the rectangle are 6 km by 9 km. Version QGIS 3.20.3. Windows 10.

Steps to reproduce the issue

0. Create a project in the Mercator coordinate system with a standard main parallel of 75 degrees
1. Open Layout Manager
2. Create layout
3. Create a sheet 70 x 100 cm
4. Paste the extent of the map onto the sheet, when the border of the sheet is 50 mm on each side. Scale 10000
5. Create grids. Every second. 3 the grid will be given the number 0.00027777777
6. Get the problem, similar to the screenshot above.
