What is the bug or the crash?

1, using ruler-based, some feature is not rendered.

2, using single symbols, all feature has been rendered.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. It's different every time, sometimes, the rendering is correct.
2. when the rendering is correct, move 1 feature position using vertex tool, the error appeared.
