What is the bug or the crash?

The "Recent fonts" entry in "font selector" doesn't seem to show anything. It used to display fonts when that widget was using OS font selector dialog. I tested on layout legend and label items. A leftover of #50959?

Steps to reproduce the issue

Add a layout legend item
In its properties panel, under "Fonts and text formatting", click a font drop-down menu
Click "Configure format..." and change font and go back. You can do it a couple of times.
Hover over or click the "Recent fonts" entry. Afaict, nothing happens.
