When trying to change Project Settings, large font sizes make the dialog control buttons inaccessible.

When trying to resize the dialog box from the top, it makes the dialog box move off the screen towards the bottom.

Steps to reproduce the issue

1. Go to Settings -> Options
2. Change Font Size to 14
3. Restart
4. Go to Project -> Properties
5. See error
