Unclear message for incompatible plugins in Plugin Manager #62606

What is the bug or the crash?

Using QGIS with Qt6 on a machine you have qt5 plugins installed, when you open the Plugins manager dialog, and select one of those plugins, you get the following message

This plugin is incompatible with this version of QGIS
Plugin designed for QGIS Plugin does not support Qt6 versions of QGIS

Some word and punctuation are missing in the second line.
