Vector "Layer Properties -> Legend" window is too tall and it disappears when trying to resize it #63159

What is the bug or the crash?

Running QGIS 3.44.2 (OSGeo4W) or QGIS LTR 3.40.10 (OSGeo4W) on Windows 10, the vector "Layer Properties -> Legend" dialog window is too tall in a 1366x768 screen:

When trying to resize it, the dialog window disappears making QGIS get stuck:

Steps to reproduce the issue

  1. Open vector layer's "Layer Properties -> Legend" dialog window
  2. See that the dialog window is too tall
  3. Try to resize the dialog window
