For pixel ratios <> 1 this logic was broken, resulting in oversized and misaligned color wheels
Don't create them for every resize

Description
Quite a lot of issues, but the most pressing one was that the interaction with the wheel was broken (the wheel could not be selected, and the picked colors were offset from the actual clicked colors)
