Hi thanks for the suggestion!
Could you also modify the tests related to this on https://github.com/ropensci/rtweet/blob/master/tests/testthat/test-post-tweet.R?
Also while you are at it you could add other capitalization fixes on post_tweet and post_message and their respective tests.
