- RNA-Seq, transcriptome analysis, and siRNA design
- CRISPR-based gene editing analysis
- Pipeline development with Nextflow,Docker
- HPC and cloud environments

- Machine learning for genomic prediction (current project)
- AI applications in bioinformatics
