This pull request adds a new "Where do you want to store your content?" prompt to the
statamic newcommand, making it easier to choose how you want to store content before you start development.This PR also adds some additional prompts allowing you to configure the database engine (like choosing between SQLite, MySQL, etc).
Requires statamic/cms#10910.
