What is the current behavior?

GitHub Issue Number: #2710

What is the new behavior?

Closes #2710

By adding

"jsx": "react-jsx",
"jsxImportSource": "@stencil/core"

to your tsconfig - you can now remove import { h } from "@stencil/core"
