Removes redundant
bit_tag,bit_export, andsleep_5_minutesjobs from the nightly workflow since these are now handled bybit ci merge --buildwhen PRs are merged.The nightly workflow now focuses on its essential tasks: creating Docker containers, BVM bundles, and running e2e tests. This prevents nightly failures when no components have changed and improves workflow efficiency.
