Update CONNECT tab references: Code sample → SDK code sample#4825

The Viam web app has reorganized the CONNECT tab. The old single "Code sample" page is now split into multiple subtabs including "SDK code sample". Updated all doc references to point to the new subtab name. Co-Authored-By: Claude Haiku 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The SDK code sample page has an "include API key" toggle, so credentials are retrieved there, not from the API keys page. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>

The Viam web application has reorganized the CONNECT tab. The old single "Code sample" page is now split into multiple subtabs including "SDK code sample", "Control code sample", "API keys", and others. This PR updates all documentation references to reflect the new structure.
All references to the "Code sample" page have been updated to point to the appropriate new subtab ("SDK code sample" for SDK connection boilerplate, "API keys" where credentials are retrieved). Generic lowercase "code sample" usage (referring to inline code snippets) remains unchanged, and historical changelog entries are preserved.
