Summary

Streamlines the Raspberry Pi setup guide by cutting out unnecessary content that comes after successfully flashing the SD card. Users now see a clear endpoint with a direct link to continue setup in the Viam app.

  • Moves "Enable Communication Protocols" to its own dedicated page with proper documentation
  • Creates a separate page for "Add WiFi Credentials"
  • Removes SSH connection instructions, niche troubleshooting, and generic help links
  • Updates all internal documentation links to point to the new pages

Review process

  • No need to request review from any specific docs team members; we will see your PR and one of us will review.
  • If you need technical review from engineering, please request review from the relevant person.
  • Docs team might commit styling nit fixes to save you the trouble :)
  • You can merge after approval from one docs team member (as well as any necessary technical review).

Streamline the RPi setup guide by removing everything after the SD
card flashing steps. Users now get a clear endpoint with a link to
continue setup in the Viam app.

- Cut ~130 lines of SSH, communication protocols, and troubleshooting content
- Create standalone WiFi credentials page under operate/reference
- Update tutorial links that referenced the removed protocols section

@shannonbradshaw this is actually ready for review even though eggnstone-netlify-plugin-no-more-404 is failing. I'm 90% sure that's just a caching issue which I can't fix without admin permissions on the netlify project (also I'm not sure where to actual flush that particular cached info).
