Terminus IAST

This is a library for adding new glyphs into the Terminus font from PNG files.
It adds the missing IAST characters, some accented characters from the Ancient
Greek and some characters for transliteration of Avestan and PIE. The library
is developed under the GPL-2 license, the original font was released under the
SIL OFL 1.1 license.
