This PR adds automated update check for actions used in GitHub workflow via renovate.

This PR is a follow up of this comment in #90.

Thanks for following up on this @deining! May I ask how you decided the options in the include Renovate configuration? Is it based on an existing config somewhere you could link to or could you explain the rules chosen?
