build(avif): update libaom to 3.14.1 and libavif to 1.4.2

libaom 3.14.0 moved its CMake modules from build/cmake/ to cmake/, so the
NASM patch now looks in both locations. Both patch helpers also warn when
their anchor is missing instead of silently leaving the source untouched.

3.14.1 is the libaom version libavif 1.4.2 pins by default.
