The presentations and articles shared on this page reflect my personal opinion. Nothing on this website is intended or should be inferred as official support or endorsement by my employer.

  • I am happy speaking based on my experiences on the themes of:
    • Human-centered data analysis
    • Leading from behind
    • Shifting culture to be more inclusive
    • Community building as the practice of connecting principles to process
    • Navigating newfound privilege
    • What working towards justice looks like on an individual scale
  • I read all requests but do not respond to everyone. I use an equity lens to determine which invitations/speaking opportunities to devote time to. I don’t ask for money in return but depending on who is asking, I may ask that you pay it forward through mentorship or a donation to a community-led organization.
  • For panel events, I’ll consider participating if I am not the only woman or the only person of color.
  • In all of these panels, presentations, podcasts, and profiles, I am speaking in my private capacity. Nothing I say is intended or should be inferred as official support or endorsement by my employer.
