Throwing my hat in here - just because someone has 2 accounts does not mean it's to spam and evade the ban. For example: Someone may have 2 accounts for say, their IT shop AND one for their personal account for shop/personal LLC guardrails. Sometimes they couldn't regain access, made a new one and figured it out later and now have two.

A little context here:
I reported a user with the ID of 4101398, due to them repeatedly talking about the SAME EXACT THING for at least half a year in the time that I am here, and I didn't think that it was normal behavior or just another helpful website, I think that it was just outright copy/paste spam since all of the posts were exactly the same.
