Before doing the rename we have to disambiguate [sqlx] questions that aren't related to Go nor Rust. Apparently there's some Google technology which is also called sqlx, with questions on Stack Overflow. For example, use the search query [sqlx] -[go] or [sqlx] [javascript] to find them. If the tag [sqlx] is not relevant to those JS questions, then it has to be removed before we can rename it.
