Hi, hi! I'm S. Marchenko (formerly KOMISSAR Russia), a user in the foundation's Russian-language projects.

I live in Moscow, the capital of Russia. I love to travel, so besides my hometown, I've been to many places, both in Russia and abroad.

I enjoy getting to know the people involved in our projects, the challenges we've faced, and why we are motivated to contribute. Feel free to reach out to me anytime you like.

Most of my work involves Russian-language wiki projects. I patrol and rollback RuWiki, auto-patrol RuWikiquote, and curate the "Australia and Oceania Regions Thematic Week". I've also led numerous article writing and improvement wiki-marathons^[1]. I was patrol RuWikinews until it was shut down. I also occasionally contribute to Wikimedia Commons. Globally, I'm a VRT agent and a member of the "North-West Russia Wiki-Historians User Group".
