The discussion, moderated by our Sustainability & DEI Director Fatima Mimouni and featuring a powerful panel including our Chairwoman Annemarie Jorritsma, highlighted a crucial truth: 🚲 If we want cycling to grow, we must make it safe, accessible, and welcoming for women everywhere. Over the past few weeks, we welcomed a record number of dealers to our shows in the Netherlands, Germany and France — participation was more than 25% higher than last year. The energy, feedback and enthusiasm from our dealer community made these events a true highlight. This milestone marks a major step forward, ensuring we have the liquidity and flexibility needed to invest in our business and accelerate our transformation. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Debt reduced to approximately €800 million • Additional liquidity of €235 million • Debt maturity extended to 2030 The long-term outlook for the cycling industry remains positive, supported by government incentives and green mobility infrastructure investments. With a reinforced financial structure and a commitment to operational excellence, Accell is well-positioned to return to historic EBITDA levels and drive sustainable growth.

𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹 𝗚𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗽 𝗮𝗻𝗻𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗰𝗲𝘀 𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝘀 🚴♀️   Today, we’ve announced Jonas Nilsson will become the new CEO of Accell per 1 April 2025. Following a remarkable year, in which many milestones have been achieved, Tjeerd Jegen will step down as CEO and following a transition period, he will become the Chair to the Supervisory Board of Accell, with Annemarie Jorritsma, the current Chair, transitioning to Vice Chair.   We are sure that with Jonas Nilsson at the helm, Accell is well-equipped to navigate the opportunities and challenges ahead.
