A message is one reply from Ollie. Most asks take just one — "Add Mia's recital to my calendar," "What's my week look like?", "Did I miss anything from school today?" Bigger asks ("Reorganize the whole month around our trip") might take a couple.

In every plan, you will get an allotment of free daily messages that will be refreshed every morning. You will use these free message allotments first before using your total monthly messages. These free daily messages do not accumulate or roll over.

Don't worry — Ollie does this for you. Ask Ollie any time how you're tracking. Your monthly message allotment lasts until your billing date. Use them whenever — a slow week, a wild week, doesn't matter. Your monthly messages do not accumulate or roll over.

When you run out, Ollie will alert you and walk you through your options: wait until tomorrow when your free daily messages refresh, top up to keep going, or upgrade to a higher plan. Top-ups are available on Everyday ($0.30 per message) and Always-On ($0.25 per message) — just ask Ollie to turn them on any time.
