One AI. Every part of the job.
Your assistant. Your apps. Your machine.
Plexon answers questions, writes documents, and does real work inside WhatsApp, Gmail, Notion and 60 more apps with your own accounts. It runs from your computer, and your data stays on it.
- RemembersIt builds up a memory of your work that you can open and read.
- BuildsDescribe a dashboard, a workflow or a nightly job. It keeps it running.
- ImprovesRewrites its own skills as it learns how you work.

How it connects
Work moves left to right
Something comes in, something thinks about it, something runs, something is shown, and some of it reaches other people. 64 features and 103 connections, each one a sentence saying what one feature does for another.
- Data Sources feeds Dashboards: pick a source and a column, and the widget fills itself in.
- Schedule triggers Dynamic Workflows: a time you pick, or every so many minutes, starts it off.
- Personas are distributed by Marketplace: including a company’s own, delivered only to the people entitled to it.
Search & Navigation
Press Ctrl+K, go straight there
Plexon holds a lot: skills, agents, app connectors, personas, workflows, boards, every chat you have had, and around 220 settings. You should not have to remember which panel keeps what. One box in the title bar searches all of it and ranks as you type. Type a product name and it installs the connector. Describe a setting in your own words and it lands on the exact control.

Beyond text
It does not just write back
The same subscription that answers your questions also draws, films, speaks, and writes music. Ask in the same chat box, and what comes back is a file you can use.
Images
Artwork, diagrams, mockups, and logos from a description, inline in the conversation.
Pro and PremiumVideo
Product demos and animations from a description, or bring a still and have it move. Compose several clips, photos, and a voiceover into one finished video.
PremiumVoice
Natural cloud voices with nothing to install, and it can clone yours from a short recording.
PremiumMusic
Full songs with written lyrics and vocals, instrumental beats, or a cover of a track you own.
PremiumHere are two of them, exactly as the app made them.
The prompt
Write me a song about a lighthouse keeper who never sees a ship. Sad folk.
The Keeper of the Empty Light
0:00 / 3:57
The prompt
Generate a 5 second video: a paper lantern rising over a quiet harbour at dusk, warm light on the water, boats at anchor [Pedestal up].
Connectors
Works with the apps you already use
66 built-in app connectors. Turn one on with your own account and the AI works inside it: send a Slack message, open a GitHub pull request, update your store, search the web. Click any app for what it can do and how sign-in works.

Real jobs
Find the one that sounds like your week
19 end-to-end jobs, each told as an ordered chain. Every step names the feature it uses, so you can read the shape here and the detail there.
Solo developer
Ship a feature without babysitting every edit
Plan first, fan the work out across isolated worktrees, review every diff in one place, and let the pull request wait for your approval rather than your attention.
“I want the AI to change real code, but not to surprise me with what it changed.”
Founder
Have Monday’s numbers before you open the laptop
A scheduled workflow with no AI in it computes the numbers once. The board reads what it produced, and the summary arrives on your phone.
“Monday starts with an hour of pulling numbers out of five different tools.”
Support
Stop answering the same twelve questions
Put the answers in a skill, let a hook draft the reply when a ticket lands, and keep a human on the send button.
“The same questions arrive every day and each answer costs ten minutes.”
Analyst
Make the file nobody opens into the board everybody checks
Load the file once and its columns become available everywhere: in chat, in a workflow loop, and as a widget binding.
“The numbers live in a spreadsheet and nobody looks at it.”
Sales team
Never let a lead go cold between the enquiry and the reply
A poll on the inbox, an AI step that pulls out what matters, a first touch inside a minute, and a second touch that only reaches the people who went quiet.
“Leads arrive at all hours and the first reply is whenever someone next checks.”
Marketer
Take a campaign from brief to posted
Pull the brand’s own design language off its site, generate the assets, cut them together with narration, and publish on a schedule.
“The assets, the copy and the schedule live in four tools and none of them talk.”
Everyday
Think out loud, on one machine, and have it remembered
Speak instead of typing, let the consolidation pass connect what you said, ask questions about your own past decisions, and seal the whole thing behind a passcode.
“I want somewhere to think that is not going to end up in a training set.”
Content creator
Write something long without losing the sources
Read the sources where they are, let the graph keep track of what came from where, and write with every claim traceable.
“The research is in twelve places and the draft is in a thirteenth.”
Personas
Pick who the AI should be
Pick a role and the assistant changes with it. New instructions, its own specialists, its own connected apps, and boards and routines that suit the job.
Software Developer
A full-stack engineering crew in one workspace.
“Refactor this function and add tests”
Designer
Design interfaces people can actually use.
“Critique this landing-page layout”
Marketer
Plan campaigns, write the copy, prove what worked.

Skills
Self-Improving Skills
Plexon builds up its own library of what it knows while you work. After every session, or whenever you ask, it looks back over what happened, writes down what is worth keeping, sharpens what it already knew, drops what has gone stale, and leaves anything you pinned alone. It gets better at your work without you writing a single instruction. The switches sit in the Skills sidebar, and a history view shows every change it made.

Workflows
Dynamic Workflows
Turn a trigger into a short chain of steps and let Plexon run it. A schedule, an incoming message, a signal from another app, or a button starts it off. Each step calls one of your apps, asks the AI, runs an agent or a persona, branches on a condition, loops over a list, waits for a reply, or stops to ask you. Lay it out step by step or describe it in chat, test any step on the spot, then review before it runs. It runs on your computer, remembers every run, and sends each message at most once. Ships a Greet new contacts example, pictured, and personas bring their own.

Monitoring
Dashboards
Build a board of widgets that read from your tools, the AI, or a workflow, and keep themselves up to date. Stat tiles, charts, gauges, tables, even full HTML you can edit with AI. Add a parameter like a city and the whole board follows. Turn on monitoring and it refreshes in the background. Ships a Weather & City board and a Global Intelligence board, both filled from free public data the moment you open them.

Agents
Orchestrator: More Than One Thing at a Time
Splits a big job into parts and runs them at the same time, each part working on its own. They leave notes for each other as they go, you see what each one costs, and you can call any of them into the chat by name.

Six AI Modes
Code, Plan, Ask, Auto, Orchestrator and Spec. Pick the one that matches the job in front of you.
192 Specialized Agents
Specialists for software engineering, marketing and growth, sales, legal, data analytics, game development, research, project management, and China and Asia markets.
Twelve Ready Roles
Pick Designer, Marketer, Dietitian or one of nine others, and the assistant changes its instructions, its tone and its tools to match.
Team Coordination
Put several agents on one team. They share a set of notes, leave each other messages, and any one of them can wake the others when it needs them.
Desktop Application
A real app, not a browser tab. 13 themes, answers that appear as they are written, replay of any chat between 0.5x and 8x speed, and a running cost per chat.
Autonomous Development
Auto mode keeps going on its own: it writes, scores its own work against a bar you set, runs the tests, fixes what failed, and goes round again. Up to 20 rounds.
Custom Providers (Premium)
Bring your own AI service, including one running on your own computer.
API Connections
Connect a service Plexon does not know yet, and the AI can use it like any other.
Marketplace
One place to browse and install everything Plexon supports: skills, agents, plugins, personas, and tools.
Visual Understanding
Paste a screenshot, a photo or a diagram and ask about it.
Telegram Bot
Chat with Plexon AI from Telegram.
Slack Bot
Chat with Plexon AI from Slack, and from your Apple Watch.
Continuous Voice Conversations
Talk to it and it talks back, hands free, taking turns like a phone call.
Rules From Your Feedback
Thumbs down on a reply, say what should have happened instead, and Plexon keeps it as a rule. Problems it runs into twice become rules on their own, next time it tidies its memory.
Prompt Suggestions
After every AI response, Plexon predicts what you'd type next and shows it as placeholder text.
Side Questions
Ask about the conversation while the AI keeps working. The answer opens in a side card and the main job carries on.
Shell Commands
Start a message with ! and Plexon runs it on your computer, then keeps the result in mind for your next message.
Graph-Aware Code Review
Maps how a codebase fits together first, then reviews a change by reading only the files it actually touches.
Dynamic UI Widgets
Answers come back as things you can use: grids of recipe cards, macro tables, meal-plan timelines, checklists you can tick, stat tiles and forms, instead of a wall of text.
Word & Excel in Chat
The AI reads, writes and edits your Word and Excel files straight from the chat.
Read Any Document
Point Plexon at a Word doc, spreadsheet, slide deck, PDF, ebook, email or almost any other document. It reads the whole thing and answers questions about it.
Embedded Browser
A web browser that sits next to the chat.
Session Lock & App Lock (Pro)
Lock a chat with a passcode and its messages are encrypted with a key derived from it. Unlock with Touch ID or Windows Hello. An optional app lock guards the window at launch.
Migrate from Claude Code
Bring your agents, connected tools, automations, plans, memory and every conversation across. Each plan lands in the project it was written for.
Move to Another Machine
One encrypted file carries your personas, connectors and the credentials they use, workflows, dashboards, memory, and chats to a new computer. No cloud, no account sync.
Decision Tools
Routing, packing, rostering and budget splits are searches, so Plexon searches instead of guessing. When nothing fits it names what blocked it, and asking twice gives you the same answer.
Open Models on Fireworks
Twelve open models including GLM 5.2, Kimi K3, with room for very long conversations. The longer a chat runs, the cheaper most of it bills.
Your data
Privacy first, by design
Your chats, files and accounts stay on your computer. When Plexon needs to ask an AI service something, our server passes the question along and keeps nothing. No copy of the question, no copy of the answer, no log.
The exact encryption and the full data flow are on the security page.
Your Machine
- Desktop app for Windows, macOS, and Linux
- The part that does the work runs on your computer
- 30+ built-in tools that read, search, and edit your files
- Your chats are encrypted where they sit
- Every change can be undone
- Your files stay on your machine
Everything stays here

The answer
Arrives as it is written
Our Server
- It passes questions along, nothing else
- Sends yours to the AI service you picked
- Works with 10 of them (Plexon, Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and more)
- The answer comes back as it is written
- Long conversations cost up to 90% less
- Forgets everything as soon as it replies
Nothing kept
No copy of your question, your files, or the answer
Encrypted where it sits
Your chats and the keys to your accounts are locked on disk
Nothing kept on our side
The server holds your question only while it answers it
Gone the moment it answers
Nothing is written down once the reply is on its way back
Built for Speed
Fast cross-platform desktop app: Windows, macOS, Linux
Session Lock (Pro)
Lock one chat with a 4-digit PIN. Its messages are encrypted with it
App Lock (Pro)
A gate at launch: a 4-digit PIN, Touch ID, or Windows Hello
On your phone
The same assistant, from Telegram
Message Plexon on Telegram and it answers from the computer at home. Ask questions, send it a photo, start a job and check on it, all from the same chat app you already use.

Image, Video & Music Generation
Generate images and videos directly from chat using AI models like Nano Banana 2 Pro (Gemini). Ask for a song and Plexon writes the words, sings them, and hands you the audio file. Artwork, diagrams, mockups, product anthems, and backing tracks all come out of the conversation.
Visual Understanding
Send a screenshot, a photo or a diagram and ask about it. Pull the text out of a receipt, get a second opinion on a design, or find out what a warning light means.
Desktop Automation
Plexon can use your computer the way you do: move the mouse, type, take a screenshot, open an app. It asks before every action, and you watch it happen.
Voice Interaction
Speak instead of typing. It hears when you stop and sends on its own, then reads the answer back aloud. Once the voices are downloaded it works without an internet connection.
Compared
The differences that are structural
Six of them, and they all follow from the same thing: Plexon is a desktop application with an engine on your machine rather than a service you talk to.

Never break your work
Your setup does not have to stay where you left it. Plexon imports your memory, your plans, and your sessions from other assistants, starting with Claude Code, along with the agents you wrote, your automations, and the tools you had connected. Point it at the folder, pick what to keep, and each piece lands in the project it belongs to.
- It finds your installSettings reads the folder Claude Code keeps its setup in. Open a project it set up and Plexon offers that one on the spot.
- You pick what to keepEvery component arrives counted. Plans open into their own list, so the drafts you never approved can stay behind.
- Each piece lands where it belongsPlans and sessions go to the project they were written for, not one global pile. The results screen names every destination.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions
What it does, what it costs, and where your data goes
Is Plexon only for developers?
No. It ships with 192 specialists across 8 professions: software engineering, marketing and growth, sales and business, legal, data analytics, game development, research and creative work, and regional markets in China and Asia. Twelve roles come built in, covering designers, marketers, dietitians, financial analysts, product managers, writers, traders, shoppers and founders. Coding is one of the things it is good at, not the only one.
Does it work with the apps I already use?
Yes. Plexon connects to 64 apps including WhatsApp, Gmail, Google Drive, Notion, Slack, Telegram, Trello, Todoist, Dropbox, Spotify, Shopify and Stripe. You sign in with your own account, and the connection runs from your computer rather than through us. It can read your email, write to a spreadsheet, post a message or update a record, and it asks before it acts.
Does Plexon keep a copy of my chats?
No. Your chats live on your computer, encrypted. Our server passes your question to the AI service and forgets it the moment the answer comes back. Nothing is written down, nothing is logged, and nothing is used for training.
Where is my conversation history stored?
On your own machine, encrypted. Plexon keeps nothing anywhere else. Your data is yours.
What computers does it run on?
Windows, macOS and Linux, on both Intel and ARM machines, including Apple Silicon Macs. It updates itself.
Which AI does it use?
Whichever you prefer. Plexon comes with its own AI included in the subscription, and it also works with Anthropic, OpenAI, Google Gemini, Moonshot, Fireworks AI, OpenRouter, Qwen, Z-AI and Claude Desktop if you already pay for one of those. You can even have one AI do the thinking and another do the work.
Can I lock a single chat so nobody else can read it?
Yes. Lock a chat with a passcode and its messages are encrypted, so nothing reads them without it. Open it again with the passcode, with Touch ID on macOS, or with Windows Hello on Windows. A locked chat still shows in the sidebar by name with a lock badge, and stays out of exports and live shares until you unlock it. There is also an optional lock on the whole app, which asks for a passcode before the window becomes usable: that one is a gate against someone at your desk, not disk encryption. Both are local, nothing about them reaches a server, and a forgotten passcode cannot be reset by anyone, us included. Turning a lock on needs Premium; unlocking, changing a passcode, and removing a lock work on any plan.
Can I move my whole Plexon to a new computer?
Yes. Settings, Advanced, "Move to another machine" writes one encrypted file with your personas, skills, agents, connectors and the accounts they use, plugins, workflows, dashboards, memory, journal, cloned voice, and chats. Install Plexon on the new computer and click "Bring my setup from another machine" on the sign-in screen. You pick the password that seals the file and Plexon stores it nowhere, so keep the recovery code it offers. Nothing goes through a Plexon server: the file goes wherever you put it. Importing replaces what is on the machine. It counts and names the exact folders it removes first, then asks you to type the word replace before anything goes, and the old setup is kept as a restore point for a week. A few things stay behind and the app lists them before you commit: signing in again, the WhatsApp pairing, and the downloaded tools and speech engines, which come back on their own. It works between Windows, macOS, and Linux, and the same file doubles as a snapshot you can restore later.
Can I use Plexon from my phone?
Yes, through Telegram. Message it the way you message anyone, send photos for it to look at, start a job and check how it is going. It answers from the computer at home, in any country, using your usual Telegram account.
Can Plexon help me shop and compare prices?
Yes. The Personal Shopper role searches products across stores, compares prices and features, suggests cheaper alternatives, and keeps a shopping list and budget. It covers Google Shopping and web retailers, a Shopify store, eBay, an affiliate buy-link hub, and Skroutz price comparison in Greece. Buying is a hand-off: Plexon gives you a link to finish checkout on the store and never places an order.
How does it browse the web for me?
It drives a real browser: opening pages, clicking, typing, scrolling and taking screenshots. It can use your own Chrome profile, so anything you are already signed into stays signed in. It asks your permission before going anywhere new.
How does Orchestrator mode work?
Plexon breaks your job into two to five parts and runs up to three of them at the same time, each working on its own and tracking its own cost. It then pulls the answers together into one reply. A job that takes over two minutes done one step at a time usually lands in about 45 seconds this way.
What are skills?
Skills are things you teach Plexon once and it remembers: the way you like documents laid out, how your team names things, the steps you follow for a recurring job. Yours are plain text files that work with every AI service. A second kind runs on our side and handles Word, Excel and PDF files. Both work in the same conversation.
What is prompt enhancement?
It rewrites your request before it runs. A short, vague ask becomes a clear one: it fills in the context, settles anything ambiguous, and says what a good answer looks like. You get a better result without having to phrase things carefully.
How is Plexon different from ChatGPT or Claude?
Those live in a browser tab and keep your conversations on their servers. Plexon runs on your computer, works inside the apps you already own with your own accounts, remembers across sessions, and keeps doing jobs while you are away. It comes with 192 specialists, 12 roles, 6 modes, and its own marketplace. Your files stay on your machine and our server stores nothing.
Does it work with my existing Claude skills?
Yes. Plexon uses an open skill format that other AI assistants share. Copy skills you have from other AI assistants into Plexon and they work immediately.
I already use Claude Code. Do I have to set everything up again?
No. A migration wizard reads your existing Claude Code install and brings it across: custom agents, connected tools, automations, plans, your CLAUDE.md and user rules, project memory, and the full conversation history. Plans land in the project each one was written for and keep the approved or draft status they had, and the drafts you never approved can be left behind with one button. Everything imported is labelled with where it came from, which makes it easy to find, review, or clear out later. Nothing in your existing Claude Code folder is moved, edited, or deleted, so Claude Code keeps working.
How does autonomous mode work?
Auto mode keeps working without you. Each round it writes code, scores the result against a quality bar you set, runs the tests, works out what to fix, and goes again. It stops when the score clears the bar (70% by default) or after five rounds, and you can raise that to twenty. The cost of each round is shown as it goes.
Can I run something automatically before or after a tool runs?
Yes. Hooks let you run a shell command or call another service before or after any tool call. Use a pre-hook to check inputs or block something dangerous, and a post-hook for audit logs, CI/CD triggers or notifications. Hooks match tools by pattern and can be set globally or per project.
Can I run the server myself?
Yes. You can run your own copy of it. Either way, ours or yours, nothing is kept on the server side.
Built so we cannot read your data, not just promising we won't
Ready when you are
Your data stays on your machine, and our server keeps nothing. Twelve roles, sixty apps, one assistant.
