Details I remember:

It’s a Chinese full-color romance manhua set in modern-day China.

The female lead receives a phone call from her future self (10 years later) warning her about her fiancé cheating.

The call changes her perspective — she starts improving herself, becomes more confident, and moves on.

Later, her future self somehow travels back to her timeline (I’m not sure why).

The FL’s best friend also had a side story: she dated a jerk who left her after she got pregnant, then he chased a rich girl. But later the best friend met a kind, slightly chubby guy who truly loved her.

The story was already completed when I read it, around 5–6 years ago (maybe 2018–2020).

Is this The Ex...?

Love, is a war. Bloodless, but leaves you in scars; the more you spend, the more you lose. An "ugly" girl who was cheated by her boyfriend received a mysterious phone call. Strangely, the other line said that she is 35 years old, and that she is her, from the future! In order to change her, she wants to teach her the law of love. For her to see the beauty in her, take revenge on her ex, and recapture everything she lost before.

It's a full color Chinese manhua, originally released in 2018 and now complete, according to the Manga Updates page. It can be read at INKR Comics and WebComics.
