You can use Strategic Account Services if you have:
- An active Professional selling account in good standing for the US Amazon store
- One active buyable product and meet a minimum sales threshold of $500,000
- A minimum of three consecutive months with a sale
Have more than one selling account?
Complete the interest form for each distinct account, ensuring you provide the corresponding unique email address and merchant token for each submission.

Strategic Account Services carefully manages program capacity to ensure exceptional support for enrolled sellers. We are currently at full capacity and unable to accept new enrollments. However, if you are interested in staying in touch, you can join our interest list, though we cannot guarantee availability or enrollment timelines.
How can a customer success manager help me grow my business?
Your customer success manager can help you strategically optimize your Amazon business by identifying gaps and areas of opportunity for growth. Depending on your needs, they can offer guidance in key areas like fulfillment and inventory, selection and conversion growth, merchandising, and promotions.
How will I work with my customer success manager?
Once enrolled, your customer success manager will set up an introductory video call to introduce themselves, get to know you and your team, and better understand how they can help you achieve your business goals. From there, they’ll develop a business plan and connect with you by phone and email, including scheduled monthly check-in calls.
How much does enrollment in Strategic Account Services cost?

Yes, your customer success manager will help ensure your business is ready for the holidays and special events. They will provide strategic guidance on inventory forecasting, supply chain readiness, and advertising to help you make the most of high-traffic events.
Will my customer success manager help me access new opportunities?
Your customer success manager will champion for your inclusion in new programs or pilots that you’re qualified for and can help you achieve your goals. They’ll also help you maximize the potential of many of our programs and tools.
Is there a minimum length of enrollment in Strategic Account Services?

How can I cancel my enrollment in Strategic Account Services?
After completing the minimum term of three months, you may cancel your enrollment in Seller Central via the Premium Services hub. To get there, hover over Growth in the main menu, then select Premium Services. From there, select the Manage dropdown and choose Cancel Program.
Your enrollment will end on the last day of the same month and you will not receive additional charges.
