It appears this has been happening over the course of the last month and old posts are not receiving a response.
Maybe we will garner more attention than 6 or 7 separate posts. Post what you are seeing, case numbers, contact info, solutions?

I opened a case asking for HANDMADE help from HANDMADE BRAND WAIVER team. Not much hope considering the automated email said
"You have created Case# 18578401581. The Amazon Mobile App Distribution Support Team will contact you as soon as possible."
I cannot view Customer Reviews tab, my Brand Page says I have no brand. I can still edit my store and products. I have had the waiver since February 2022. I lost ALL benefits September 24, 2024 and it took about 5 weeks to restore them.

Seems like it's been very hard to any assistance SP the last 2 months. People who used to help me in the forums no longer help or they say they will help and then never help :-/
As you already know I lost my waiver on Saturday, I got the this handmade waiver when it first became available back 2018. I thought it was 2019 but it was earlier than that.

I have the same issue and they keep closing out my support tickets saying that brand waver has been discontinued. That is not what I was told lay year when this happened. How do we get our tools back?

Case 18307115791 - existing work in progress case - i won't open a new case when it's literally the same issue.
I've had this case open for OVER A MONTH now.
I initially got my brand reinstated, but they did it under the incorrect brand name (they left off Stickers). Got all of my benefits back after a lengthy re-approval process that drove me a little crazy considering I had to do all of that previously in 2022 to get approved before. Nonetheless we figured it out, and got the handmade brand waiver team the info they needed. Except they left off a word from my brand. NBD. Reopened case, and was assured they'd fix it. Well they sort of did. Then They added a second brand to my account, with the correct brand name, but I wasn't the brand owner. Then they merged the two, and when they did THAT, they removed my Brand owner status. So now i'm back at the beginning basically.
I tried to address this with SS yesterday via Chat, because email is disabled for the case. They told me to "wait longer". Literally nothing they would do other than request someone look at the case. No one has looked at my case in forever, but they appear to be doing things to my brands occasionally and without any updates to me.
We just need our Brand RESTORED TO US AS BRAND OWNERS. I've been REMOVED AS BRAND OWNER from the Brand on my account. I have no access to any of the stuff I've had before AGAIN. It's also listing my CORRECT brand as an Alias, but in ALL CAPS, and thats not how my brand appears on ANY of my listings. Not a Big deal in general for me, but Amazon is a STICKLER for EXACT Spelling - insisting that Street is not the same as STREET, so by that logic, BAD MOUSE VINYL STICKERS is not the same as Bad Mouse Vinyl Stickers.
I'm currently finishing up a Letter of Authorization from ME TO ME in case this goes sideways. Because Amazon Handmade Brand Waiver Team doesn't seem to be a "team" and more of an individual who once a month looks at the cases and does a little work and then moves on in an ADHD style work process.

I lost mine too- I noticed yesterday and opened a case. I was told that that program was deactivated in 2023 and that I needed to do a brand registry application. I explained to them I had all these tools up until 3 days ago. If it was discontinued in 2023, why did I have access to all of that?

@Seller_gwzuNYC3ogYNoI am trademarked and brand registered but... my brand was stripped from some of my listings because of the recategorization project. There is something going on with the transfer of information that is also removing and removing/adding information.
Side effect is that I have over 100 ASINs that have had an incorrect category attribute "ADDED" which threw them into a category they absolutely did not belong in. I have been going back and forth with support for nearly 30 days. They say they have fixed it but it is never fixed. Now support says they have removed the added category attribute and that the error will rectify and they will be categorized correctly. We shall see.

I will keep reopening.
