With over 25 years of experience, I am a passionate and strategic leader who drives growth, innovation and transformation for AWS and its customers. With expertise in go-to-market strategy and large scale business and business model transformation, I'm excited about identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities and trends. I believe fostering a culture of inclusiveness, collaboration and excellence is key to building high-performing teams.
In addition to my role at AWS, I also serve as a board member for the University of Sheffield Council. This role allows me to contribute to the national and global agenda of enhancing UK inward investment, informing the UK's independent trade policy, and supporting the development and impact of higher education. I am proud to be recognized as a female business leader, and actively mentor and sponsor the next generation of talent.
