Prime Delivery Benefits
Prime membership includes a variety of delivery benefits, including several delivery options if you need to expedite your delivery (excludes select remote areas).
Delivery availability, delivery options, speeds and charges vary depending on your delivery location and whether your order meets eligibility requirements. Products eligible for Prime delivery benefits will be marked Prime eligible on the product detail page and at Checkout.

The tables below are a guide only. Delivery availability, charges and speeds for your delivery address will be confirmed at Checkout before you complete your order. Various factors can impact delivery speeds and charges and important information about these are below.

Note: Prime benefits do not apply to Amazon Haul orders.

Important information about delivery speeds and charges for items shipped by Amazon AU and Amazon Global Store.
Delivery speeds may vary based on delivery address, item size and weight, proximity to peak delivery times and due to external factors, such as adverse weather. For these reasons, not all shipping speeds are available at all times and for all items and addresses.
To see the most accurate shipping information as you shop, update your postcode in the navigation bar at the top of each page or make sure to set up a default address for your account. Refer to Add and Manage Addresses for more details. If you change your shipping address at Checkout, or don't log-in or enter a shipping address until Checkout, delivery availability, delivery speeds, charges and options may change.
Remember to check the ordering cut-off time shown on the product detail page as this will impact when you receive your order. The "Order within" countdown timer provides the window of time in which you must place the order, in order to enable delivery by the date shown. The countdown is accurate at the time you proceed to Checkout, but delivery dates may change if, for example, inventory or delivery capacity changes before you place your order.
If the item you order is out of stock or unable to ship immediately, end-to-end delivery time may be extended. Speed guides apply to items that are in stock and ready to ship, if an item is out of stock, this will be indicated on the relevant product detail page, and an estimated shipping date may be provided.
Delivery options for weekends and public holidays may be more limited than for business days.
In some cases, choosing a higher quantity for an item may make it ineligible for immediate shipping or change the available delivery options or speeds, because multiple units may not be available locally or at the same location. In this case, the option to choose Same-Day Delivery, Priority or Expedited Delivery may not appear.
For Prime members, if only some items in your order are eligible for Prime delivery benefits, you'll be charged applicable delivery fees for the ineligible items and these will be displayed at Checkout.
Any item that is not marked as Prime eligible on the product detail page and at Checkout is not eligible for Prime delivery benefits. Items fulfilled by sellers in the Amazon AU store (also known as third party sellers) are not eligible for Prime delivery benefits.
If you're carrying more than one type of item in your cart, the highest shipping rate applies (for example, if you're carrying a book, and a heavy bulky item, the heavy bulky rate applies).
Heavy & Bulky products refer to any item meeting any one of the following three criteria: 1) Package length is above 105cm; 2) Package width or height is above 70cm; 3) Item weight, including package weight, is above 22kg.
