This section details the terms for any particular sales promotions. Any purchase made in relation to such sales promotion are governed by the terms specific to the promotion, the Fairphone Terms and Conditions of Purchase, and the Fairphone Privacy Policy so you should carefully review these terms before ordering Products that are part of a sales promotion. If the Products are not part of a sales promotion, you can ignore this section.
Free fairbuds promotion September 2026
1. Promotion Overview
1.1 Offer Type: Free product
1.2 Promoter. This free product is brought to you by FairPhone, Inc, a US limited liability company located at c/o Thorelli & Associates, 70 W Madison St, Ste 5750, Chicago, IL 60602 in the United States.
1.3 Promotion Period (Duration). From 04.00 CDT 14/09/2026 to 16.59 CDT 04/10/2026.
1.4 Eligible Products. All variants of The Fairphone (Gen. 6+) (Horizon Black, Forest Green, Cobalt blue)
1.5 How to Claim. Purchase an eligible product and add a free product during accessory selection.
2. Eligibility
2.1 Purchase Channel. Must be purchased through the official Fairphone webshop (us.fairphone.com).
2.2 Geographic Scope. Open to customers residing in eligible delivery countries supported by the webshop.
2.3 Limit. Only one free product will be issued per order.
3. Offer Application
3.1 Offer Value. One free pair of Fairbuds on a purchase of The Fairphone (Gen. 6). All Fairbuds variants are included (Horizon Black, Cloud White)
3.2 Redemption Instructions. Select and add your desired phone to your cart on www.fairphone.com. You will be prompted to add a pair of Free Fairbuds to your order. Select your desired color. You will be able to change the selected color in the cart.
4. Restrictions
4.1 No Cash Value. The discount may not be exchanged for cash or other goods or services.
4.2 Combinability. The voucher/discount code cannot be combined with other promotions/discount codes.
4.3 Exclusions/Stock Limits. The offer is available while supplies last.
4.4 Misuse. Any suspected misuse of the promotion may result in disqualification from the offer.
5. Returns & Refunds
5.1 Returns. If the free pair of Fairbuds are returned, a refund will not be issued.
6. Miscellaneous
6.1 Changes & Termination. Fairphone reserves the right to modify or end the Promotion at any time in the event of unforeseen circumstances. This applies in particular to cases of force majeure and in case the proper execution of the Promotion cannot be guaranteed for technical and/or legal reasons. Fairphone is also not responsible for any failure to fulfill the Promotion due to such factors. Any changes made to the Promotion will be notified to the participants as soon as possible.
6.2 General Liability. By participating in this Promotion, entrants agree that Fairphone shall not be held liable for:
6.2.1 Any incorrect or inaccurate information provided by entrants.
6.2.2 Any unauthorized access to or alteration of entries.
6.2.3 Any technical errors, interruptions, or failures of any kind, including but not limited to network issues, server downtime, or software errors that may affect the Promotion.
6.3 Maximum Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fairphone's liability for any claims arising out of or related to this Promotion shall be limited to the value of the promotion.
6.4 General Terms & Conditions. For any matters not specifically addressed in these Terms and Conditions, please refer to our General Terms and Conditions.
6.5 Governing Law. These terms shall be governed by the laws of the United States, without prejudice to any rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
Fairphone + Fairbuds always on bundle promotion
This promotion (20 euros / GBP discount) is valid on orders containing The Fairphone (Gen. 6) and Fairbuds or Fairphone 5 and Fairbuds. For UK residents, this means a £20 discount. Valid from July 15, 2025 until stocks last.
To benefit from the promo, please follow the steps below:
1) Add to cart at least one unit of The Fairphone (Gen. 6) and one unit of Fairbuds, via the “Buy now” button on the Fairphone (Gen. 6) page and Fairbuds page. OR add to cart at least one unit of Fairphone 5 and one unit of Fairbuds, via the “Buy now” button on the Fairphone 5 page and Fairbuds XL page.
You will also be prompted to add the Fairbuds XL in the accessory selection after adding a phone to your cart.
2) In the cart the Fairbuds will be automatically discounted by 20 €/£.
3) Select the “Checkout” button to complete your order.

To benefit from the promo, please follow the steps below:
