Welcome Book Lovers

Kingston WritersFest is back—September 22 to 25, 2011—with a spectacular lineup of today’s prize–winning authors and the exciting new voices of tomorrow. This year, in addition to our many Canadian writers, we will feature South African–born Nobel Laureate J.M. Coetzee in conversation with the brilliant American novelist, screenwriter, and translator, Paul Auster.

Join our Mailing List to be first in line for Early Bird tickets, a limited number of Festival Passes, and information about our special promotions! And start reading now. You’ll find the books of our invited artists on our Summer Reading List.

Students: Thanks for entering our annual Think You Can Write? contest. Winners will be announced during the Festival. In the meantime, stay tuned for more information about our exciting Youth Events, coming soon!

Full Event Listings will be available by midsummer. Tickets go on sale August 18. And if you’d like to support the Festival, contact us for Sponsorship opportunities or to Volunteer.
