Prodigy Services Company. a Metropolitan Life Insurance Company announced that Prodigy has renewed its lease at White Plains Plaza, taking the entire 340,000-square-foot 445 Hamilton Avenue building. White Plains Plaza is Prodigy's headquarters and houses 1,000 of its employees.
John R. McCarthy of McCarthy O'Callaghan Company negotiated the 10-year transaction on behalf of MetLife Real Estate. George Ward of Cushman & Wakefield of New York represented the tenant.
