As such, I have been working in the field of computing for 43 years. And I’m not done yet.

All over the news today are wonderful, loving tributes to the life of John Lewis. There will come a time - as for all of us - that Trump will be no more. Imagine, then, what will be his legacy, what will be said about him.

“If Drake goes independent, the music business is over. If Drake goes independent, the music business is done.” Then, perhaps it is reasonable to suggest that “the music business “ was broken in the first place and needed being blown up.

This is precisely a use case for which I would vigorously oppose the use of models such as this. GTP-3 may give the illusion of legal intelligence but a) only a trained lawyer could discriminate truth vs BS and b) there is no explainability.

is surprising and creative but it’s also unsafe due to harmful biases. Prompted to write tweets from one word - Jews, black, women, holocaust - it came up with these (). We need more progress on before putting NLG models in production.

I find this article fascinating...but likely for reasons different than most. I’m reading it through the lens of software architecture: it offers some insights into architectural patterns that are emerging for neuro-centric models of computation

GPT3 doesn't seem to know about COVID-19. This little model still has a few things to learn.

Really enjoyed speaking at the MIT AI conference yesterday & very thankful for the opportunity. Here's my talk on what companies should think about as they get started with deep learning, and how it's already revolutionizing enterprise work

All the examples of ’s GPT-3 have been in English. Anyone exploring/willing to share examples of how it works in other-than-Silicon-Valley-English dialect?
